There are many advantageous sites in Ishikawa, including rental sites that reduce initial investment for newcomers, sites with access to a lot of water, sites that have already been prepared for construction, sites where reasonable electricity can be supplied, etc.

Ishikawa has good access to airports and expressways, and with its low frequency of earthquakes, it is safe. The sites are suitable not only for plants and laboratories, but also for distribution centers and call centers.
