Rental offices and R&D spaces

Ishikawa Prefecture provides rental offices and sites for laboratories as well as land for sale in lots to reduce initial investment by companies.

Ishikawa Create Lab, located in Ishikawa Science Park, supports creative, newly established small and medium-sized enterprises by providing them with spaces for low rent.

Ishikawa Frontier Laboratory provides enterprises with rental laboratories and sites for plants at low cost. The cost reduction will help enterprises to invest in other items such as human resources and facilities.
